A man riding his bicycle from Minneapolis St, Paul International Airport to visit his family, was apprehended by Minneapolis police after being assaulted and tasered, for apparently resisting arrest and disobeying non-posted traffic laws. Another great example of police brutality and violation of personal civil rights.
